UK Delivery Charges

UK Deliveries for orders of £13.00 and under will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50 and orders over £13.01 will be charged at a flat rate of £5.99 and should arrive within 2-3 days from dispatch. Orders received before 5pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch the next day. The delivery timescales quoted is an estimate, and should only be used as guidance. Mane Divas Ltd commit to dispatching all orders (with the exception of hair extensions) within three working days of completed order.

Hair Extensions

For delivery within the UK the postal costs are £5.99 and are sent by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all hair orders within 10 working days, clip ins may take up to 12 working days during busy periods. Please contact us if you require a fast tracked order. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. 

All deliveries are made between 9am - 1pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays). Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

Accepting Deliveries: Your parcel will require a signature on delivery for your security. Should you be unavailable to accept delivery, you will receive a card from one of our carriers, which will give full instructions as to rearranging the delivery or collecting the parcel.

International Shipping: Shipping to all European countries is charged at £9.99 for orders £13.00 and under and orders over £13.01 will be charged at a flat rate of £19.99. This only applies to hair care products, please contact us directly for delivery rates for hair extensions. Please contact us for a quote on this and other Non EU countries. Receiving orders from the UK may attract import duties and taxes which will be payable by you. It is therefore wise that you familiarise yourself of such charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being dispatched to.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at Mane Divas we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. We have personally tested and quality controlled our products to ensure they meet our client's expectations. Each order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain our high customer service. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your hair we urge customers to contact us at first instance so we can inspect the issue.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer care and welcome any feedback. Not all hair is fault free and our customers will be making an investment which they expect to last, we therefore offer an invaluable and unique aftercare service via our clinics . We encourage our customers to attend these as it will enlist you with the guidance and support you require to get the most out of your purchase.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may have the right to cancel your order upon notice to us within 7 working days if your it is not a custom order. Hair extensions are custom ordered and a hygiene sensitive product. The below excludes hair extensions which are excluded from our returns and cancellation policy due to hygiene reasons and them being custom made unless found to be faulty. All hair sale transactions are final and can not be cancelled. Other returns will only be accepted if all the below guidelines are adhered to:

  • We are notified via email within 48 hours of receipt that you would like to return and an authorisation code be released.

  • The product/s is returned to us via recorded delivery within 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods.

  • All products and packaging is returned to us in its original condition undamaged and untampered with all the tags and ties in tact. All goods will be inspected on return.

  • We can not accept returns or exchanges on products (includes all hair care products such as oils, shampoos, butters and conditioners, this list is not exhaustive) where the seal has been broken.

  • Mane Divas Ltd will not be responsible for lost packages so we suggest you use a courier that provides tracking information with delivery confirmation and also enough insurance to cover the packaged items. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure that there is no damage to the items or boxes as un-saleable items cannot be exchanged/refunded. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and any costs incurred in returning the items must be borne by you the customer.

  • The original receipt, invoice or proof of purchase must be returned. We will not proceed without this.

If all of the above the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange/refund can be made. New delivery costs may apply. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Delivery costs are not refunded. If the above points have not been met we reserve the right to return your original unit to you at a cost to yourself. Please note this returns policy only applies to transactions processed online. Transactions made at our hair clinics or any exhibitions are final sales unless found to be faulty upon investigation by Mane Divas Ltd.

Refunds/or exchanges will not be issued for goods that have been returned back to Mane Divas Ltd due to delays with the carrier service, non-delivery, incorrect address, inability to sign for and/or collect your order from the carrier depot.

Items damaged/lost in transit should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to You must include your contact details, your order number and if damaged a photo of the item and/or packaging. After our own investigations such items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to the customer if the loss is found to be the responsibility of the carrier or Mane Divas Ltd.

We use PayPal's secure system to process payments. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, it works just like any other merchant payment system. Simply enter yourcredit/debit card details and submit your payment and your order will be processed securely. Money will be debited from your account within 2-5 working days after the confirmation email is sent out. Please note that we do not charge VAT. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Availability of Products

We at Mane Divas Ltd endeavour to have all of our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may be applied in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though the Mane Divas Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Promotional codes can only be used once per client and the maximum pre-discount spend limit of £500 applies per order. Certain exclusions may apply.
